Arrest warrant out for Gandapur in liquor case
A judicial magistrate in Islamabad on Monday issued arrest warrants for PTI leader Ali Amin Gandapur due to his continued absence from hearings of a case related to alleged recovery of liquor and illegal weapons from his possession.
Judicial Magistrate Mubashir Hassan Chishti conducted the hearing in the Islamabad Judicial Complex.
The former Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) chief minister did not appear before the court and due to his continuous absence, the court issued arrest warrants, ordering authorities to produce him before the court.
The next hearing of the case will be held on November 29.
